At Truckmanx, we are committed to delivering your truck parts and equipment promptly and reliably across Canada. This Shipping Policy reflects our current shipping methods, rates, and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing
Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are processed within [3–4] business days. Processing times may be extended due to vendor stock availability, part sourcing, manufacturer lead times, or unforeseen logistical challenges. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options across Canada:
Standard Shipping – $[50]
- Estimated delivery: [7–14] business days after dispatch
- Suitable for most small to mid-sized parts and accessories
- If the order exceeds standard weight or size limits, applicable shipping adjustments will be communicated before order confirmation
Express Shipping – $[60]
- Estimated delivery: [6–7] business days after dispatch
- Weight-based adjustments may apply for heavier items and will be shared before order confirmation
Freight/LTL Shipments – $[100]
- Applicable to large, heavy, or oversized items such as [axles, drive shafts, bumpers, tanks, or bulk orders]
- Delivery may require pallet/skid handling and a freight carrier
- Additional pallet, handling, or liftgate fees are not included in the checkout rate and will be billed separately after order confirmation
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, part availability, or manufacturer/vendor origin.
3. Delivery Areas
Truckmanx ships exclusively within Canadian provinces and territories. Orders placed for delivery outside Canada may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. Remote or rural addresses may be subject to extended delivery timeframes or additional carrier surcharges, which will be communicated prior to shipment where possible.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the size/weight of the items ordered.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Truckmanx ships an incorrect, defective, or incompatible item due to our error.
- Any additional charges related to excess weight, oversized parts, or freight requirements (e.g., pallet, liftgate, or rural delivery fees) will be communicated prior to shipment.
5. Large Orders, Weight Limits & Pallet Requirements
- Orders exceeding standard parcel size or weight limits automatically qualify as freight/LTL shipments.
- Large or heavy parts (e.g., [engines, transmissions, differentials, large brackets/frames]) may require a pallet (skid) or crate to ensure safe transportation.
- Pallet/skid/crating fees are not included in the initial shipping charge.
- Customers will be informed after order confirmation if palletization or freight handling is required.
- Shipment will proceed only after any additional pallet/skid or freight fees are paid in full.
6. Delivery & Access Requirements
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access for freight deliveries, including space for a delivery truck and, where applicable, a means to unload heavy or palletized items (e.g., a forklift, loading dock, or sufficient manpower), unless liftgate service has been purchased.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery, when possible, and to note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessible locations, incorrect address information, or unavailability to receive the shipment may result in re-delivery or storage fees charged to the customer.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow up to [24–48] hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
8. Delivery Issues & Damages
Truckmanx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or is significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at [info@truckmanx.com] and include your order number and photos of the item/packaging where applicable. We will coordinate with the carrier and/or vendor to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
9. Cancellations & Address Changes
Requests to cancel an order or change a shipping address must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
