Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within [30] days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to: custom or made-to-order parts, electrical components once installed, clearance items, and gift cards.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team through our website's Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size, fitment, or part number? Contact our support team and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, standard return policy applies.
